Mother says,

Man in the Maze
asks Doctor,
"what did clock say
when I was born?"
Doctor says,
"look at birth certificate."

Man in the Maze
goes to Birth Department,
turns on computer,
finds birth certificate -
"due to technical malfunction,
time of birth unknown."

Man in the Maze
climbs mountain,
sits on rock,
watches sky:
moon, infinite stars.
