What is secret of yoga?

old sadhu sits
beside Ganges River;
makes tea.
200 pounds of hashish
swirl through his nervous system;
face covered in ash;
sings song to Shiva.

man walking backwards
says, "old sadhu, what is secret
of yoga?"

old sadhu pours tea,
says, "secret of yoga very simple -
when walking on long journey,
look straight ahead!"

on far side of river
elephant trumpets
end of another day.
